T019 - Clear & Persuasive Writing For Attorneys

Clear and persuasive writing requires that attorneys know more than the law and legal language. Different audiences require different content and style, and success depends upon the attorney’s ability to accurately evaluate and address his or her audience’s needs. This course offers training in developing and using effective writing strategies for legal and non-legal audiences. Small class size ensures personalized attention. "(This) class setting allowed...a lot of interaction between student and instructor. The writng process outline coupled with the in-class exercises were very helpful. Mr. Teicher's lively instruction method made the two-hour class fly (and) very enjoyable."
