Dr. Darcy Gioia,
Associate Director of the Writing Program, oversees Writing Program placement of all incoming students at Rutgers

For anyone seeking a professional analysis of his or her writing skills within any type of writing. This program requires only two meetings. Each is arranged to be as convenient as possible to the client-- allowing weekend or evening dates if needed. After the client registers, he or she is contacted by Dan Spink to arrange Meeting #1 and to obtain questionnaires to be completed by the client prior to Meeting #1.

Meeting #1 is about two hours with Dan Spink in Loree 004. The client will complete about two hours of testing and write a short essay.

Meeting #2 is with Dr. Darcy Gioia in Murray Hall 108 and lasts about one hour. This meeting is private, friendly, and designed to be as helpful as possible to each client. Dr. Gioia also provides each client with an in-depth written analysis and welcomes all client questions.

All client submissions and meeting discussions are treated as fully confidential. No public record is kept of these materials or conversations.
