For all levels of playwriting experience--even beginners--this workshop develops the playwright's "voice," story, and characters in the classic, one-act medium. Participants are encouraged to bring their plays in progress, or ideas for plays. Story-telling and dramatic-writing skills will be honed through civilized peer review, readings, and hands-on guidance from the instructor. By class end, each participant will complete a one-act play draft. Small class size ensures personal attention.
