C011 - Writing for Children Workshop

The two goals of this workshop are (1) to guide each participant in learning how to write children’s material worthy of being published and, (2), to guide each participant in how to successfully market his or her writing to the market. The “rules” of the children’s market are explained and different technique and form guidelines are provided. Students are encouraged to bring any children’s writing ideas or works in progress to class. Small class size ensures personal attention. For more information on this course, please contact the instructor, Marylou Kjelle: mmoranokjelle@aol.com.
