For anyone seeking to develop professional questionnaire writing skills. This totally online course begins with a bottom-up approach, to teach specific question formats for quantitative and qualitative research, then shifts to a top-down approach to teach questionnaire organization (i.e., a logical and bias-diminishing question flow) and strategic goal setting. The course covers the equivalency of a six-hour class program. Emphasis is placed upon five question types most frequently used for quantitative consumer research, but other question types are also discussed. (Note: This is a writing course and not a course on statistical analytical techniques.) Clients are encouraged to bring actual work-place assignments into the class, if edited for confidentiality.
