B015 – Effective Business Writing Workshop

This three-week course provides practical strategies for developing better business writing habits. The writing goal is to develop content that is clear, correct, concise,well-organized, and presented in a courteous and confident style. The class focuses upon the types of documents participants feel are most appropriate to their workplace needs, and will include e-mails, letters, and presentations. Participants are encouraged to bring their real-world documents from the work place, edited for confidentiality. Small class size ensures that each participant receives personalized attention.
