Policies

Registration

For classroom courses, registration ends three business days prior to the start of class, to allow time to mail parking permits to students. For online courses, registration ends on the start of class date. Late registration allowed at the sole discretion of the WPx Director.

Refunds

If WPx cancels a course, registered students in that course will receive a full refund of fees paid. If a registered student withdraws from a class prior to the start of class, he or she will receive a refund of fees paid minus a $50 administration charge. No refunds of fees paid will be granted for withdrawal after the start of class. Exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of the WPx Director.

Confidentiality

WPx consistently strives to ensure the confidentiality of any materials students bring to a WPx class. It is ultimately each student’s responsibility, however, to edit such materials for confidentiality prior to their use in a WPx class. WPx is willing to sign a standard client confidentiality agreement, if requested to do so by the client.
